Information We Collect
When you contact us or become a client, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and information related to your credit file, including credit reports you provide to us for the purpose of performing dispute and consulting services.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the services described in your client agreement: reviewing your credit file, preparing and submitting disputes on your behalf, communicating with you about your case, and billing for completed work. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
If you elect to enroll in a third-party credit monitoring service that we recommend, that enrollment is a separate agreement directly between you and that third party. We may receive a referral fee for such enrollment, as disclosed in your client agreement. We do not control, and are not responsible for, that third party's privacy or data practices.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the personal and financial information you share with us. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly. You may also withdraw consent for optional services, such as credit-building consulting, at any time.
