Focused, compliant, and built around your actual file.
No bundled packages you don't need. Every engagement starts with a real review of your credit file, and the work that follows is tailored to what that file actually needs.
Credit Report Disputes
We review your reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, identifying items that are inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or outdated. For each one, we prepare individualized written dispute correspondence and submit it to the appropriate bureau, consistent with your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). If a bureau fails to verify an item within its required investigation window, that item must be corrected or removed.
Credit-Building Consulting
An optional, separately elected service. We provide general guidance on secured credit cards, credit-builder loans, and share-secured accounts through credit unions, along with education on how utilization ratios and account age affect your score over time. This is forward-looking guidance, distinct from dispute work, and requires your separate written consent to begin.
Ongoing Case Management
A documented case file, a designated point of contact, and a written status update no less than every 30 days. You'll always know which disputes are pending, which have been resolved, and what the next step in your case is — no guessing, no radio silence.
How billing actually works.
Federal law prohibits credit repair organizations from collecting any fee before services are performed — no exceptions, no workarounds. Here's what that means for you in practice.
Billed after each cycle
You're invoiced only after a billing cycle's work is completed and itemized — never in advance.
No setup fee
Your standard monthly service includes your initial file review and a 30-minute consultation at no separate charge.
